These terms apply to your use of the Planum app and this website. By using Planum, you accept them.
The app
Planum is published by Tarik Belaid. It is provided to you under Apple’s standard terms for App Store apps. These terms complement Apple’s; if they conflict, Apple’s terms prevail.
Measurements
Planum is a practical tool, not a certified measuring instrument. Readings depend on your device’s sensors, its case, the calibration and how the device is placed, and may be inaccurate. Check important measurements with a suitable instrument, and do not rely on Planum where an error could cause injury or damage.
Safe use
Stay aware of your surroundings, especially when using the camera level. Do not use Planum while driving or in any situation that requires your full attention.
Ads and rewarded videos
Planum is supported by ads. Some instruments open after you watch a rewarded video ad; if no ad is available, the instrument opens anyway. Ads are provided by Google, and we are not responsible for their content or for offers made by advertisers. If you see an inappropriate ad, please report it to us at contact@tarikbelaid.com.
Intellectual property
Planum, its name, its design and its content are protected. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it.
No warranty
Planum is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that it will be accurate, error-free or always available.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data or damages resulting from the use of measurements. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws.
Apple
These terms are between you and Tarik Belaid, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Planum or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and continuing to use Planum after an update means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the publisher of Planum is established, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
